H. Michael Lynch

Mr. Lynch has extensive experience representing lenders in the financing of commercial and multifamily properties in various types of loan transactions including acquisition, development, construction and multi-state financing as well as many financial institutions in loan enforcement, workouts and foreclosure litigation.

Mr. Lynch was admitted to the Bar of the State of New York in 1988, and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of the State of New York in 1992. He was awarded a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from St John's University in 1984 and a Juris Doctorate Degree by St. John's University School of Law in 1987. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Association of the Bar of the City of New York, New York State Bar Association, Mortgage Bankers Association of New York and the Community Bankers of New York.

Beatrice Mikhly

Ms. Mikhly has extensive experience in the area of real estate transactions, including representation of buyers and sellers as well as lender representation for cooperative, condominium, single/ multi-family homes as well as commercial and multi-family transactions.

Ms. Mikhly was admitted to the Bar of the State of New York in 2002. She was awarded a Bachelor of Arts Degree (cum laude) in Psychology from Brooklyn College in 1998 and a Juris Doctorate Degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2001.

 

Francesco P. Pizzolla

Mr. Pizzolla has concentrated his practice representing lenders in the financing of commercial, multi-family and mixed-use properties in New York, in a variety of transaction types, including purchases, complex refinances, multi-state and construction financing.

Mr. Pizzolla was admitted to the Bar of the State of New York in 2014. He received a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies and a Bachelor of Art in Italian from St. John's University in 2010. In 2013, he received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.

 

Heather Wine

Ms. Wine has extensive experience in the area of real estate transactions, including representation of buyers and sellers for cooperative, condominium, single/multi-family homes as well as commercial and multi-family transactions and is now concentrating her practice representing lenders in the financing of commercial, multi-family and mixed-use properties in New York, in a variety of transaction types.

Ms. Wine was admitted to the Bar of the State of New York in 2011. She was awarded a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona in 1995 and a Juris Doctorate Degree from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2010.

Elliot L. Evans

Mr. Evans is an experienced litigator specializing in complex motion practice and appeals in civil litigation. He has some forty years' experience in commercial litigation and an extensive knowledge of New York litigation practice and procedure. He was an Adjunct Professor of Law at Fordham University Law School for more than twenty years teaching courses in Legal Research and Writing and Appellate Advocacy.

Mr. Evans was admitted to the Bar in the State of New York in 1969, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in 1971. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Brandeis University in 1966 and a Juris Doctor Degree from Fordham University Law School in 1969. He is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the American Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Association.

 

Stephen B. McNally

Mr. McNally's practice is focused on creditors' and debtors' rights, corporate reorganizations, bankruptcy and related litigation proceedings, and commercial transactions.

Mr. McNally was admitted to the bars of the First and Second Departments of New York in 1988 and New Jersey in 1989. He is also admitted in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He received a BA from Columbia University, Columbia College, and a JD from Fordham University School of Law.

Mr. McNally practiced as an associate attorney in the bankruptcy area at Finley, Kumble, Wagner, Heine, Underberg, Manley, Myerson & Casey in New York City from 1986 to 1988, and in the bankruptcy department at Sills Cummis Zuckerman Radin Tischman Epstein & Gross, P.A. Newark New Jersey from 1988 to 1995. Mr. McNally has been in private practice since 1995.

Mr. McNally was the Executive Director of the New Jersey Bankruptcy Inn of Court in 2004 and a Master Attorney in the Bankruptcy Inn of Court from 2000 to 2014. The Bankruptcy Inn of Court is a group of bankruptcy judges and practitioners who each year present mock-trial like interactive presentations to a body of practicing attorneys who are seeking to establish bankruptcy as a practice field.

Mr. McNally was also an Adjunct Professor at Sussex County Community College from 2000 to 2006 where he taught Bankruptcy law, Constitutional law and Business law to students in the paralegal studies program.
