H. Michael Lynch

Mr. Lynch has extensive experience representing lenders in the financing of commercial and multifamily properties in various types of loan transactions including acquisition, development, construction and multi-state financing as well as many financial institutions in loan enforcement, workouts and foreclosure litigation.

Mr. Lynch was admitted to the Bar of the State of New York in 1988, and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of the State of New York in 1992. He was awarded a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from St John's University in 1984 and a Juris Doctorate Degree by St. John's University School of Law in 1987. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Association of the Bar of the City of New York, New York State Bar Association, Mortgage Bankers Association of New York, Young Mortgage Bankers Association of New York and the Community Bankers of New York.

Mark D. Mako

Mr. Mako has experience representing lenders and developers in commercial real estate financings, acquisitions and sales, mezzanine loans, construction financing, loan restructurings and workouts, and loan portfolio note sales and purchases. In addition, he has experience representing landlords and tenants in leasing transactions for offices, warehouses, shopping centers, restaurants and other retail users.

Mr. Mako was admitted to the Bar of the State of New York in 1999 and the Bar of the State of New Jersey in 2000. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Cornell University in 1993 and a Juris Doctorate Degree from New York Law School in 1999.

 

Grace Lee

Ms. Lee has experience in representing lenders in the financing of commercial and multifamily properties in various types of loan transactions including acquisition, development, construction and multi-state financing. Ms. Lee also has experience representing financial institutions in loan enforcement, workouts and foreclosure litigation.

Ms. Lee was admitted to the Bar of the State of New York in 2003. She was awarded a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism by The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1997 and a Juris Doctorate Degree by The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2002.

 

Beatrice Mikhly

Ms. Mikhly has extensive experience in the area of real estate transactions, including representation of buyers and sellers, lender representation for cooperative, condominium, single/ multi-family homes as well as commercial and multi-family transactions.

Ms. Mikhly was admitted to the Bar of the State of New York and the State of New Jersey in 2002. She was awarded a Bachelor of Arts Degree (cum laude) in Psychology from Brooklyn College in 1998 and a Juris Doctorate Degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2001.

Natalia Thomas

Ms. Thomas has experience in representing lenders in commercial and residential foreclosure litigation, as well as loan modifications and forbearance agreements. Ms. Thomas also has experience in representing creditors in bankruptcy proceedings.

Ms. Thomas was admitted to the Bar of the State of New York in 2008 and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York in 2009 and the Southern District of New York in 2010. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Boston University in 2003. In 2006, she received her Juris Doctorate Degree from St. John's University School of Law.

 

John P. Hogan

Mr. Hogan has concentrated his practice representing lenders in the financing of commercial and multifamily properties in New York, in a variety of transaction types, including purchases and complex refinances.

Mr. Hogan was admitted to the Bar of the State of New York in 2012. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from the University of California, Irvine in 2007, and was awarded a Juris Doctorate Degree from University of San Diego School of Law in 2011.

 

Francesco P. Pizzolla

Mr. Pizzolla has concentrated his practice representing lenders in the financing of multi-family and mixed–use properties in New York, in a variety of transaction types, including purchases and complex refinances.

Mr. Pizzolla was admitted to the Bar of the State of New York in 2014. He received a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies and a Bachelor of Art in Italian from St. John's University. In 2013, he received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.

 

Stephen Chou

Mr. Chou has experience in a wide area of real estate transactions, including representation of both buyers and sellers of coops, condos, single/multi-family homes, and commercial properties in New York. Mr. Chou is concentrating his practice representing lenders in the financing of commercial and multifamily properties in New York, in a variety of transaction types, including purchases and refinances.

Mr. Chou was admitted to the Bar of the State of New York in 2013. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Queens College, City University of New York. In 2011, he received his Juris Doctorate Degree from St. John's University School of Law.

 

Of Counsel

Elliot L. Evans

Mr. Evans is an experienced litigator specializing in complex motion practice and appeals in civil litigation. He has some forty years' experience in commercial litigation and an extensive knowledge of New York litigation practice and procedure. He was an Adjunct Professor of Law at Fordham University Law School for more than twenty years teaching courses in Legal Research and Writing and Appellate Advocacy.

Mr. Evans was admitted to the Bar in the State of New York in 1969, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in 1971. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Brandeis University in 1966 and a Juris Doctor Degree from Fordham University Law School in 1969. He is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the American Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Association.

 

Gary O. Ravert

Mr. Ravert's practice is focused on creditors' and debtors' rights, corporate reorganizations, bankruptcy and related litigation proceedings, and commercial transactions.

Mr. Ravert was admitted to the Bar of the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in 2001. He was admitted to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in 2007 and the United States Supreme Court in 2009. He received his Juris Doctor Degree Cum Laude from Brooklyn Law School in 2000. Following law school, Mr. Ravert clerked for the Honorable Stuart M. Bernstein, Chief United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of New York. Immediately after his clerkship, Mr. Ravert became an associate at Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP where he worked from 2001 through 2003. From January 2004 through December 2007, Mr. Ravert was a restructuring associate at McDermott Will & Emery LLP. Effective January 2008, Mr. Ravert was elected partner at McDermott and continued in that capacity through July 2010 when he left to become Of Counsel at Lynch & Associates. He is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the New York State Bar Association and the Brooklyn Bar Association.

 

Support Staff
